Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
LittleMarks is designed to keep your personal tracking data private and on your device.
Information you enter
Memos (including text, tables, selected images and password notes), tracker names, schedules, notes, moods, groups, record history, to-do items and deadlines, countdown names and dates, Work Diary pay settings, schedules, leave and wishes, Cycle records, and Body records such as weight, height, measurements, and goals are stored locally on your device. LittleMarks does not send this information to the developer, an analytics service, or a developer-operated server.
iCloud synchronization
iCloud sync is optional and requires Pro. Choose which categories to sync: habits and their logs, to-do items and quadrant names, anniversaries, Decide templates and history, Memos (including images and password records), or Mood. Selected records are stored in your private iCloud Drive and merged across devices using the same system iCloud account. Memos includes notes, tables, images and password records. Memo content, including passwords, is saved as ordinary text; images are saved as image files, without an extra LittleMarks encryption layer. iCloud Passwords & Keychain is not required. Mood sync includes daily selections, multiple moods and backdated entries. Memos and Mood are independent options. Body, Cycle, Apple Health data, Apple sign-in credentials and device preferences are excluded. Turning a category or all sync off, or losing Pro, keeps existing local and iCloud records and pauses the corresponding transfers. Deleted synced records are removed on other connected devices; small deletion markers remain to prevent old devices from restoring them. Removing the app does not delete iCloud files. You can manage LittleMarks iCloud storage in iPhone Settings.
Apple Health
Apple Health sync is optional. If you enable it, LittleMarks exchanges only the supported Body or Cycle data you choose through Apple’s HealthKit. Import and write access are controlled separately and require Apple’s permission. LittleMarks does not receive this data on a developer server.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, LittleMarks asks for notification permission and schedules notifications locally through iOS. The app does not register for remote push notifications or upload a push token.
Widgets
Widget information is shared only between the LittleMarks app and its widget extension using Apple’s on-device App Group storage. Work Diary widgets and Live Activities can show estimated earnings and wishes on your Home Screen, Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Use Hide income in Work Diary to hide amounts on these surfaces. Live Activities are managed on-device; no ActivityKit push service is used.
Currency conversion
Currency conversion uses public exchange rates from Frankfurter. Requests include only currency codes; your pay, wish prices, names and records are not sent. The service receives the network information needed to return a rate, such as your IP address. Rates are cached on your device and are estimates, not transaction prices.
Purchases and membership
Apple processes Pro purchases, subscriptions, payments and offer-code redemptions through the App Store. LittleMarks checks Apple-verified transaction and app-ownership information on your device to provide or restore Pro access and determine early supporter eligibility. Limited membership status is shared with the app’s widgets through on-device App Group storage. LittleMarks does not receive your payment card details or send purchase receipts to a developer-operated server. The Apple account used for App Store purchases can differ from the account used to sign in to LittleMarks and your system iCloud account.
Apple account
Sign in with Apple is required in the iPhone app. Apple’s system verifies your authorization. Your Apple identifier and optional shared or relay email are stored only in this iPhone’s secure Keychain. LittleMarks does not create a server account or send your identity or records to a developer authentication service. Signing out removes the saved identity and keeps your records. Apple authorization can be managed in your Apple Account settings.
Data collection and tracking
LittleMarks does not use advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or sell personal information.
Community gift applications
Applications are optional. Only the platform, post link and screenshots you select are added to an email addressed to littlemarks.support@gmail.com. They are sent only when you confirm sending in your email app; your email provider processes the message. The developer receives your sender address and name (if provided), message content, post link and attachments, including any public account name shown in them. These are used to review participation in the sharing campaign, prevent duplicate claims and reply with redemption instructions. Apple login identifiers, passwords, Health data and tracking records are not attached automatically. Hide private information in screenshots. Drafts do not sync to iCloud, and app temporary screenshot files are removed when you leave the application page. Email drafts remain under your email provider’s control. Reply to the application email to request deletion. Sending an application does not activate Pro; approved users redeem an Apple offer code.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete individual records, clear Body or Cycle records, disable Apple Health sync, or remove the app. Deleting LittleMarks data does not delete records already stored in Apple Health. Apple-managed device backups may retain a backup according to your iCloud settings.
Children’s privacy
LittleMarks does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

iCloud 同步
iCloud 同步完全可选，需开通 Pro。你可以选择同步习惯及记录、待办及象限名称、纪念日、决定模板与历史、备忘录（含图片与密码记录），或心情。所选内容会存入你的私人 iCloud 云盘，并在使用同一系统 iCloud 账号的设备间合并同步。备忘录包含便贴、表格、图片和密码记录。备忘录内容（含密码）按普通文本保存，图片按图片文件保存，不另加 LittleMarks 加密层，也无需开启 iCloud「密码与钥匙串」。心情同步包含每日多选心情及补记记录。备忘录与心情可分别选择。身体、经期、Apple 健康数据、Apple 登录凭据和设备偏好不会上传。关闭某项或全部同步，或 Pro 到期，会暂停对应传输，并保留本机和 iCloud 中已有记录。删除已同步记录后，删除结果会同步到其他联网设备；少量删除标记会保留，避免旧设备恢复已删除记录。卸载 App 不会删除 iCloud 文件。你可在 iPhone 设置中管理 LittleMarks 的 iCloud 存储。
Apple 健康
Apple 健康同步完全可选。开启后，LittleMarks 只会通过 Apple 的 HealthKit 交换你所选择且受支持的身体或周期数据。导入和写入权限分别控制，并需要经过 Apple 授权。LittleMarks 不会在开发者服务器上接收这些数据。
通知
开启提醒后，LittleMarks 会请求通知权限，并通过 iOS 在设备本地安排通知。本 App 不注册远程推送，也不会上传推送令牌。
小组件
小组件所需信息仅通过 Apple 的设备端 App Group 存储，在 LittleMarks App 与其小组件扩展之间共享。 牛马日记小组件与实时活动可在主屏幕、锁屏或灵动岛展示收入估算和愿望。你可在牛马日记中隐藏金额，此偏好也会应用到这些显示位置。实时活动在设备端管理，不使用 ActivityKit 推送服务。
币种换算
币种换算使用 Frankfurter 提供的公开汇率。请求只包含币种代码，不会发送工资、愿望价格、名称或记录。服务会接收返回汇率所必需的网络信息，例如 IP 地址。汇率缓存在设备本地，仅供估算，不代表实际交易价格。
购买与会员
Pro 购买、订阅、付款及优惠码兑换均由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。LittleMarks 在设备上检查经 Apple 验证的交易及 App 获取信息，用于开通或恢复 Pro，并判断早期用户资格。有限的会员状态会通过设备端 App Group 存储与小组件共享。LittleMarks 不会收到你的银行卡资料，也不会把购买收据发送到开发者运营的服务器。App Store 购买使用的 Apple 账号，可以与登录 LittleMarks 的账号及系统 iCloud 账号不同。
Apple 账号
iPhone App 需通过 Apple 登录，由 Apple 系统验证授权。Apple 账号标识及你选择分享的邮箱（支持隐藏邮箱）仅保存在本机安全钥匙串中。LittleMarks 不创建服务器账号，也不会把身份或记录发送到开发者认证服务。退出登录会移除本机身份资料，并保留你的记录。你可在 Apple 账号设置中管理授权。
数据收集与追踪
LittleMarks 不使用广告、第三方分析或跨 App 追踪，也不会出售个人信息。
社区福利申请
申请完全自愿。仅将你填写的平台、笔记链接及所选截图加入发送至 littlemarks.support@gmail.com 的邮件，在你于邮箱中确认发送后才会提交，邮件由你的邮箱服务商处理。开发者会收到发件邮箱及姓名（如提供）、邮件内容、笔记链接和附件，以及其中展示的公开账号名称，用于审核分享活动申请、防止重复领取及回复兑换说明。App 不会自动附上 Apple 登录标识、密码、健康数据或个人记录。请遮挡截图中的私人信息。申请草稿不通过 iCloud 同步，离开申请页面后清除 App 内临时截图；邮件草稿由邮箱服务商管理。可回复原申请邮件要求删除申请资料。提交申请不会开通 Pro，通过审核后需兑换 Apple 官方兑换码。
你的选择与删除
你可以编辑或删除单条记录、清除身体或周期记录、关闭 Apple 健康同步，或删除本 App。删除 LittleMarks 中的数据不会删除已保存在 Apple 健康中的记录；Apple 管理的设备备份可能会依据你的 iCloud 设置保留备份。
儿童隐私
LittleMarks 不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
